Frank Pitt - Head Coach - Varsity Boys
Coach Pitt is in his eighth year as the Head Coach for the Boy’s Varsity team at NHS. He holds a USSF “A” coaching license and he has coached at the youth, high school, and collegiate level. Overall, he’s been coaching for 31 years. He was a former player at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Frank has extensive playing and coaching experience. Frank has a philosophy that the game should be fun and that practices should be developed with that in mind. He has a Bachelor's in History from UAB and a Masters of Education from the University of Montevallo.

Ryan Burkhart - Head Coach - Varsity Girls
This will be Coach Ryan Burkhart’s eighth year as the Head Coach of the Lady Blue Devils varsity soccer team.  He is also currently serving as a coach for UFA-Metro Atlanta.   Prior to moving to Norcross High, Coach Burkhart was at Northside High School in Warner Robins, Ga.  He served two years as the assistant boys coach before taking over as the Head Coach for the women’s program, recording a 35-22-5 record from 2011-2014.  He holds US Soccer grassroots license, national D-license and is currently taking his national C-licensing.  
After graduating from Northside High School (2002), Coach Burkhart attended Georgia College & State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in History (2007), and going on to earn a Master’s Degree in the Arts of Teaching (2008).  During Grad school, he served as the assistant to the Sports Information Director at the university, working closely with the women’s soccer team at GCSU, among other sports.  Overall, Coach Burkhart has been coaching soccer for 14 years.  ​

Emily Diaz - Head Coach - Junior Varsity Girls
Emily Diaz grew up in Gwinnett County, attending Central Gwinnett High School. As a Black Knight, Coach Routh played all four years of Varsity soccer, spending the 2007 and 2008 season as the varsity captain. During these years, the team advanced to the county playoffs. 
Coach Diaz grew up playing soccer at the Gwinnett County YMCA (1994-1999), but later advanced to play at Gwinnett Soccer Association (GSA). From 1999-2008 Coach Diaz played as a center midfielder for the Phoenix. Playing at GSA afforded her the opportunity to play in tournaments around the state as well as the country. Though she was offered scholarships to play in college, she was unable to do so due to a medical condition.

As a college student at Georgia College and State University (GCSU), Coach Diaz was an active member, as both a player and a coach, of intramurals and sorority sports teams. Coach Diaz studied Criminal Justice and Criminology at GCSU. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, as well as her Masters of Science in Criminology.

She is married to her husband Ryann, who is an avid supporter of Blue Devil Soccer, and the two share a son named Johnathan.
This is Coach Diaz’s fourth year teaching, as well as her fourth year coaching at Norcross. Previously Coach Diaz worked for the Department of Juvenile Justice. She currently teaches English within the Special Education Department. Go Blue Devils!

​​Seth Ouelette - Head Coach - JV Boys
During the 2022 season Coach Ouellette embarks on his fourth year as the JV Boys’ coach at Norcross. He currently teaches CP and Honors World History.
Prior to coaching at Norcross, Coach Ouellette was the JV Boys’ Coach at North Gwinnett for one fun filled season. Coach Ouellette grew up playing soccer in California and then continued playing upon entering the military. He was a player and coach for the intramural team and trained members of the Marine Corps Soccer Team. After leaving the military, Coach Ouellette played intramurals at GSU, where he earned his degree in History and his M.A.T. He currently holds a USSF “D” Coaching License.
Coach Ouellette has been married to his gorgeous, intelligent, and amazing wife Kelly for ten years. They have two rambunctious boys, Truson (5) and Asher (3), who love Blue Devil Soccer!

Amy Gallois - Assist. Head Coach - Varsity Girls
This is Coach Amy Gallois’s second year as Varsity Girl’s Soccer Assistant Coach.  She has northern roots, but grew up in Peachtree Corners attending Pinckneyville Middle and Norcross High (96 Grad).Growing up she was involved in dance, cheerleading and tumbling/gymnastics.  She played JV soccer her sophomore year and loved it!  

Coach G attended and graduated from the University of Georgia, and began her teaching career at Summerour Middle School in 2001 before being hired at NHS as a PE teacher in 2005.  She was the head coach cheerleading here at NHS from 2005-2015, department chair for Health and PE, and head of Relay for Life for NHS.  She now teaches Biology and Anatomy/Physiology. She is currently getting her masters degree from Georgia Southern University.  Coach G has a passion for fitness. She is a certified personal trainer, having worked at LifeTime Fitness and run personal programs for private clients. She is a 2017 Ironman Triathlete and is currently into CrossFit. In her spare time she does CrossFit, plays with her niece, and spends time with her friends, boyfriend, and family.

​John Callahan - Assist. Head Coach - JV Girls
This will be Coach John Callahan’s 1st year as the Assistant Head Coach of the Lady Blue Devils junior varsity soccer team.  He has coached soccer for 12 years at the youth and middle school levels and also coaches 9th grade football. He attended attended St. Pius X High School and played soccer for them from 1985 -1988 (State Championship in 1987). 

After graduating from St. Pius, Coach Callahan attended Georgia Southern and Brenau University.

John is a native of Dunwoody where he lives with his wife, Valerie. They have a son, Brendon (20), and a daughter, Peyton (16).
